By accessing or using Sleep Mentor (the "App") and any related services (together, the "Services"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions (the "Terms"). These Terms form a binding agreement between you ("you") and AIFantasy LLC / Dmytro Abramitov ("we", "us").
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must stop using the Services.
We may post additional policies or guidelines that apply to certain features. If we update these Terms, we will change the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
The Services are intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to use the Services.
The Services provide educational content and self-help tools related to sleep and wellbeing. They do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and they are not a substitute for professional care. If you have concerns about your health, consult a qualified healthcare provider.
Some features may require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activity that occurs under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us at support@sleepmentor.app.
The Services and all content, features, design, and software (collectively, the "Content") are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.
Except where permitted by law, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or exploit any part of the Services or Content without our prior written permission.
By using the Services, you agree that you will:
Some features may require a paid subscription or in-app purchase. Payments are processed through the Apple App Store and/or Google Play. Subscription management may be supported by a subscription management platform (for example, Apphud).
We do not store your full payment card details. Billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled according to the rules of the applicable app store and any posted refund terms.
If we offer a satisfaction guarantee, it applies only as described at the time of purchase (for example, a refund within 30 days from the start of a purchase). Where the app store controls refunds, their policy will apply.
If a payment fails or is reversed (for example, through a chargeback), we may suspend or limit access to paid features until the issue is resolved.
You must not, including by helping others, do any of the following:
If you send us feedback, suggestions, or other materials, you agree we may use them without restriction and without compensation to you, to improve the Services. You represent that you have the rights needed to send such materials and that they do not infringe third-party rights.
If you access the Services via a mobile app, you may only install and use it on devices you own or control, and only as permitted by these Terms and the applicable app store rules. You must not decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to derive source code except where such restriction is prohibited by law.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Services if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Services and users. You may stop using the Services at any time.
